Product Description
Bitumen Drum Melting Unit
We are manufacturing Bitumen Drum Melting Unit which is robust and rigid heavy structure made from standard steel. There are two parts in unit, upper part is called the heating chamber and lower part is the storage tan for melt bitumen. Heating chamber and storage tank is fully insulated with 75 mm.
Use of hot coils to indirectly heat up asphalt can prevent asphalt quantity from aging during heating. Seamless tubes are used for heating unit which are 2.9mm thick and tested at 2000psi.
